Acceptance
By accessing or using AniStrim, you agree to use the service lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service and accounts
AniStrim provides catalogue discovery, anime information, available playback, and account features. Features, catalogue availability, integrations, and service behavior may change.
Some features use an account created with an email and password or through Google authentication. Keep account credentials secure, provide information that is accurate to the extent needed for the feature, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Available controls include password changes or recovery, session revocation, and account deactivation or deletion.
Permitted use and prohibited conduct
Use AniStrim only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with other users or the service. You must not attempt unauthorized access, bypass security or access controls, use abusive automated traffic, disrupt playback or APIs, introduce malicious code, misuse accounts or support features, or interfere with the availability or integrity of the service.
Content, third parties, and links
AniStrim may present catalogue and playback information supplied through its service architecture and may rely on third-party infrastructure, authentication, email, catalogue, media, hosting, or other services. AniStrim does not use these Terms to claim ownership of third-party anime, images, video, music, or other content, and these Terms do not characterize AniStrim as merely indexing content or as never hosting content.
Third-party services and links may have their own terms and privacy practices. AniStrim is not responsible for third-party services to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Copyright and takedown notices
If you believe content accessible through AniStrim infringes your rights, contact admin@anistrim.com with sufficient information to identify the material and the basis of your request. AniStrim may review and respond to a report as appropriate under applicable law. These Terms do not appoint a United States DMCA agent or make a claim about ownership or authorization for third-party content.
Availability, suspension, and termination
AniStrim may be unavailable for maintenance, security, provider, or operational reasons, and no particular feature or availability level is promised. Access or an account may be restricted, suspended, or terminated when necessary for security, abuse prevention, user request, service operation, or compliance with applicable law.
Disclaimers and limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AniStrim is provided on an as-available basis and without promises that every feature, catalogue entry, integration, or playback experience will be uninterrupted, complete, or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any limitation is intended to apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes to these Terms
AniStrim may update these Terms when the service, integrations, or legal obligations change. The updated version will show a new last-updated date. Continued use after an update means the updated Terms apply to future use to the extent permitted by applicable law.
